Terms of Use
Welcome to EmmaWonder. By using our app and services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Use of the Service
EmmaWonder provides structured learning activities for children, delivered through personalized stories and follow-up practice, for use by parents or guardians with their children. The service uses automated tools to support personalization and illustration. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and manage subscriptions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
Free and paid (Pro) tiers are available. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly (or as stated at purchase) through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable law. We may change pricing or tier benefits with reasonable notice.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm others or the service. You must not attempt to circumvent security, abuse credits or automation, or use the app to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or inappropriate for children. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
Content you create (for example story ideas and inputs) remains yours. We need a licence to operate the service. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, store, and process your content to provide and improve EmmaWonder. AI-generated stories and images are provided for your personal use. We do not claim ownership of them. Our brand, design, and technology remain our property.
5. Disclaimers
The app and content are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that generated stories or activities are suitable for every child. Parents and guardians are responsible for reviewing content. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. If you have not paid, that amount is zero. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those cases our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms. Where required, we will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the app.
8. Contact
